Shall the Board of Commissioners of Albany County be authorized to continue to impose a two percent excise tax upon the sales price paid for lodging services within Albany County, primarily for local travel and tourism promotion, for the period of January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2030, per the Albany County Clerk's 2026 general election proclamation.
