Albany County General Purpose One Percent (1%) Sales and Use Tax Renewal is a ballot question for Albany County on the November 3, 2026 ballot. Shall the Board of County Commissioners of Albany County be authorized to continue to impose a general purpose excise tax of 1 percent upon retail sales of tangible personal property, admissions and services made within the county, for general revenue purposes, for the period of January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2030, per the Albany County Clerk's 2026 general election proclamation.
