Utah › Utah County › Salem Recreation, Arts and Parks (RAP) Tax (Salem City)
Salem Recreation, Arts and Parks (RAP) Tax (Salem City) is a ballot question for a local jurisdiction in Utah County on the November 3, 2026 ballot. Shall Salem, Utah (the "City") be authorized to impose a sales and use tax of one-tenth of one percent (0.1%) to provide revenues for purposes related to Recreational (Including Parks), and Cultural Facilities and Organizations (commonly known as the "RAP TAX") within the City for a period of ten (10) years? A Salem City (not countywide) sales tax of one-tenth of one percent for ten years, funding recreation, parks and cultural facilities and programs; listed as Proposition #8 for Salem residents on the county's certified general-election list because the Utah County Clerk administers Salem's election.
