Juli Mathew is the presiding judge of Fort Bend County Court at Law No. 3, hearing criminal, juvenile, civil, mental health, probate and guardianship matters, and founded the county's Juvenile Intervention and Mental Health Court, the first of its kind in Texas, per the court's official page.
