Runyon is a Clarksville real estate attorney with 22 years of legal experience who was elected Montgomery County Register of Deeds in September 2022, per her campaign site. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Martin and the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis, and serves as Vice President of the Middle Tennessee Register's Association and on the board of the County Officials Association of Tennessee, per her campaign site.
