Biography
Amber Hulse was raised on a hunting ranch south of Hot Springs, served as Miss South Dakota, and earned a law degree from Georgetown Law, per the campaign site. The campaign site says Hulse interned at the White House and for several elected officials, clerked for the Senate Judiciary Committee and for Governor Noem, and now serves as a state senator.
