Tayfun Selen is a CPA and architect who serves as Senior Vice President of Administration at Lincoln Educational Services, per the county's official commissioner biography. He immigrated to the United States in 1996, became a U.S. citizen in 2008, and holds an architecture degree from Istanbul Technical University and an MBA from Montclair State University, per his campaign site.

Chris Russo is Morristown Council Vice President for the Fourth Ward and works as a senior pharmaceutical representative for Novartis, per Morristown Green. He co-owns Superhero Events, a company he and a business partner started in 2010 that organizes half marathons and 10K races. A Gettysburg College graduate who grew up in the Cedar Knolls section of Hanover Township, he serves as the council's liaison to the Morristown Planning Board.
