Esther is the chief executive officer of Canyon Enterprises, with 42 years in campground management including federal permit bidding and contract negotiation, per the campaign site. She holds a bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from the College of Great Falls and a master's degree in Exercise Physiology from Montana State University, and was born and raised in a farming community north of Great Falls, per the campaign site.

Joshua holds a political science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has worked in construction, food distribution, newspaper production, seismic mapping and as a fly-fishing guide on the Yellowstone, Gallatin, Madison and Smith rivers, per the campaign site.
