Biography

Karla Bigham is a lifelong Washington County resident who grew up in Cottage Grove, per the campaign site. The campaign site says she holds a bachelor's degree in paralegal studies from Winona State University and a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Minnesota Humphrey School, and that she has served on the Washington County Board of Commissioners, in the Minnesota State Senate and House, and on the Cottage Grove City Council.
