Biography

Deegan is a graduate of Alma College and Wayne State University Law School who spent nearly 25 years with the St. Clair County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, per the campaign site. Deegan began a legal career at Consolidated Legal Services and served as a judicial law clerk for the 31st Circuit Court judges before joining the prosecutor's office. Deegan currently serves as Board Chair of Lake Huron Medical Center and has served on the St. Clair County Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Council.
