Douglas County One Percent Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales and Use Tax (TSPLOST) is a ballot question for Douglas County on the November 3, 2026 ballot. Shall a special one percent (1%) sales and use tax be imposed in the special district of Douglas County for a period of time not to exceed six years and for the raising of not more than an estimated amount of $160,000,000.00 for transportation purposes? If the imposition of the tax is approved by the voters, such vote shall also constitute approval of the issuance of general obligation debt of Douglas County, in the principal amount of up to $80,000,000 for the above purposes. A one-percent, up-to-six-year sales tax for Douglas County transportation projects, raising an estimated $160 million and authorizing up to $80 million in related county general obligation debt.
