An organizer who served as national organizing director for March For Our Lives and worked on voting rights restoration and abortion access at the ACLU, Maxwell Alejandro Frost was elected in 2022 as the first member of Generation Z to serve in Congress, per his official House biography. He is ranking member of the Oversight and Government Reform Subcommittee on Economic Growth, Energy Policy and Regulatory Affairs and also sits on Transportation and Infrastructure, and he is vice chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus and co-chair of the House Democratic Policy and Communications Committee, per his official committees page.
