Biography
Yvonne Rorrer is a Patrick County resident with over 20 years of business and property management experience, who previously owned Zehn Photography. She is a dedicated Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for abused and neglected children and successfully advocated for Virginia House Bill 1721.
