Biography
Yevgeny "Eugene" Vindman immigrated to the U.S. from Soviet Ukraine at age 4. He served 25 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Colonel in 2022, and is known for his role in whistleblowing on Trump's Ukraine pressure in 2019. Vindman is a Democratic U.S. Representative for Virginia's 7th Congressional District, serving since January 3, 2025.
