Biography
Dr. Xavier J. Monroe, an East Gainesville native and former Title I intervention teacher, holds a Ph.D. in Education (STEM) Policy from Stanford University. He has dedicated his career to civic service, focusing on creating pathways to opportunity through education, healthcare, and community reform, and currently serves as a Science and Technology Policy Fellow at the National Science Foundation.
