Wilneida Negron is a public servant, systems builder, author, advocate, and artist who has worked to shape how governments and institutions govern technology, labor, financial power, public safety, and democratic accountability. She began her career on the frontlines, supporting individuals and families in crisis, and later worked to modernize justice systems using data and technology. For over a decade, Negron has led cross-sector work to design guardrails, strengthen accountability, and reduce harm in communities.
