Biography
Willie Preston, a Democrat, is currently an Illinois State Senator for District 16 and is a candidate for U.S. Representative for the 2nd Congressional District. He previously served on the Local School Council for Scott Joplin Elementary School and co-founded the Grassroots Alliance for Police Accountability. Preston, 41, attended Chicago State and Roosevelt Universities and is a father of six.
