Biography
William Edward Lillich is an Army veteran who served two tours in Baghdad, Iraq, before returning to Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. He filed to run for Congress in Pennsylvania’s 10th District as a Democrat, having previously run in the 2024 Democratic primary where he later endorsed another candidate. After his military service, Lillich faced personal challenges including unemployment and health issues, and has since become active in community nonprofits.
