Dr. Wendell Robert Smith is a general surgeon and US Air Force veteran who has practiced medicine on Minnesota's Iron Range for two decades. He is seeking the Democratic-Farmer-Labor (DFL) nomination for the United States House of Representatives in Minnesota’s 8th Congressional District.
