Biography
Victor "Vic" Torres is a lifelong public servant and a former U.S. Marine and New York City Transit Police detective. After relocating to Florida, he worked as a bus driver before being elected to the Florida Legislature in 2012, where he represented Orange County in the House and Senate for over a decade. He is currently running for Orange County Commission District 8.
