Vernon Moore

Vernon Moore was born in Warsaw, North Carolina. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War, holding roles such as First Sergeant and Security Flight Chief. He earned associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fayetteville State University. His professional experience includes working as a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch and a financial advisor with Ameriprise Financial Planning. He is running for the North Carolina House of Representatives - District 4 in 2026, and previously ran for the same office in 2024 and for the North Carolina State Senate - District 10 in 2020 and 2018.
