Biography
Tylisa D. Suseberry is a nonpartisan candidate who ran for the San Diego City Council District 4 seat in a 2024 special election and a 2022 primary. She has experience as an executive assistant in State Senator Toni Atkins' office, worked in city and county government, and served as a policy adviser at City Hall. Suseberry has also spearheaded a nonprofit focused on youth programs, small business assistance, and educating young women on health and education.
