Biography
Tristan Leavitt is an attorney and the president of the non-profit Empower Oversight. A Republican, he is a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 53, a position he assumed on December 1, 2024. He previously served in various roles at the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board and led two federal agencies during the Trump Administration.
