Biography
Trent Ashby is a Republican member of the Texas House of Representatives, representing District 9. He was sworn into office in January 2013 and has served on various committees, including Culture, Recreation & Tourism, and Transportation. Ashby earned a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics from Texas A&M University and has a background in legislative aide work and as president/CEO of the Texas Forest Country Partnership.
