TRACY STARR

Tracy Starr is a Democratic candidate running for the U.S. House to represent Maryland's 5th Congressional District. A native of rural Pennsylvania, Starr experienced hardship early in life, raised by a single mother who instilled values of public service and giving back. She attended American University and settled in Maryland, pursuing a career in public service while raising her children.
