Henderson has served as a District Court Judge in Cumberland County following an appointment, per the campaign site. Before taking the bench, Henderson spent over 13 years as a litigator handling family law, criminal law, traffic law and civil litigation matters, and operated a private practice, The Henderson Firm, beginning in 2015. Henderson served in the U.S. Army before earning a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Fayetteville State University and a law degree from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
