Biography
Tony Spears is a Director for District V on the GVTC Board of Directors, where he also serves as Secretary of GVE and Board Chaplin, and sits on multiple committees. A resident of the Delhi Community, he operates a cow/calf operation and an outdoor advertising company, and holds commercial real estate interests. He is also active on the Board of Directors of the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association and is a candidate for House.
