Biography
Tom Handy is a nonpartisan candidate for El Paso City Council District 1. He is a 20-year U.S. Army veteran, having served tours in Afghanistan, Jordan, and Iraq, and was awarded the Purple Heart in 2007. After retiring from the military, Handy has spent over a decade working with non-profit organizations and is also a writer and investor.
