Biography
TODD R SHELTON grew up in small-town Indiana, where his life was shaped by the manufacturing industry and community. He worked at Magnequench/General Motors before serving in the United States military, where he was honorably discharged as a disabled veteran. Shelton later earned bachelor's and graduate degrees from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and has worked as a professor.
