Biography
Todd Koger earned an A.S. in labor education and a B.A. in political science, and attended Duquesne University School of Law. His professional experience includes roles as a law clerk, office manager in civil litigation, science teacher, and Allegheny County Planner, and he has served as a civil service commissioner in the Borough of Wilkinsburg.
