Biography
Tiffany Moore Russell is a lifelong Orange County resident and dedicated public servant. She made history as the youngest person elected to the Orange County Commission in 2006, and again in 2014 as the first African American female Clerk elected in Florida and the first African American Clerk in Orange County. She is currently running for Orange County Mayor.
