Biography
Tiffani Penson is a candidate for Portland City Council, District 2. Raised in Northeast Portland, she currently serves as the City of Portland's People + Culture Manager and is an elected Portland Community College Board Director. Her career has focused on forging stronger, more inclusive communities and implementing meaningful change across city bureaus.
