THOMAS PRINDLE MR. TAFT, born in Cleveland, Ohio, in July 1948, is a Democratic candidate running for election to the U.S. House to represent Pennsylvania's 1st Congressional District. He holds a BA from Yale University and a Masters of Public and Private Management from Yale School of Management, with a career spanning roles as a middle school teacher, licensed general and solar contractor, public finance investment banker, and chief financial officer.
