Biography
Thomas Clark, a Republican, served as a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates, representing the 48th district from 2024 to 2025. Born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, in 1954, he holds a degree in Occupational Development from Marshall University and has a background in the coal industry, including work as a Federal Mine Inspector. Clark also previously served as President of the Webster County Commission and was appointed State Administrator for the WV Board of Coal Mine Health and Safety.
