Biography
THEODORE E. JR. BROWN is the Libertarian Party candidate for U.S. Senator from Texas in the 2026 election. Born in 1960, he graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in political science and worked as a self-employed independent insurance adjuster before retiring. A long-time member of the Libertarian Party since 1979, he has held various leadership positions within the party at state and national levels.
