Terri Leo-Wilson

Terri Leo-Wilson is a member of the Texas House of Representatives, representing District 23. She assumed office on January 10, 2023, following a career in education where she served as a teacher, case manager, and department administrator, primarily with middle school students with special needs. Leo-Wilson earned undergraduate degrees in Elementary and Special Education and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University Commerce.
