Biography
Taisha E. St. Jean Tard is a member of the Erie County Legislature, representing District 2 in New York, having assumed office on January 2, 2025. A Buffalo native, she holds a bachelor's degree from Medaille College and a master's from St. Bonaventure University, and her professional background includes serving as Chief of Staff for the Buffalo Common Council and as an adjunct professor.
