Doman is a retired U.S. Foreign Service officer who served about two decades at home and abroad, including as spokesperson at U.S. Embassy Kabul, after six years in the U.S. Navy and work as a Senior Reactor Operator at the Fermi 2 nuclear plant, per the campaign site. Doman has served on the Meade County Planning and Zoning Commission since 2022 and holds a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Toledo and a master's from the Naval War College, per the campaign site.
