Biography
STEPHEN A THE HON WOMACK is the incumbent Republican U.S. Representative for Arkansas's 3rd Congressional District, serving since 2011. Prior to his congressional service, he held roles as Mayor of Rogers from 1998 to 2010 and as a Rogers City Council member. He is a senior member of the House Appropriations Committee, where he chairs the Financial Services and General Government Subcommittee.
