Stan Gerdes

Stan Gerdes is a 5th generation Texan who was born and raised in Central Texas. He attended The University of Texas, where he met his wife, Samantha. Prior to his election to the Smithville City Council and the Texas House of Representatives for District 17, Gerdes worked with Governor Rick Perry for over a decade, including during Perry's time as U.S. Secretary of Energy.
