Biography
Sharen D. Hudson is a judge of the New York Supreme Court 2nd Judicial District, having assumed office on January 1, 2025. A lifelong Brooklyn resident, she was first elected as a Civil Court judge of Kings County in 2011 and became an acting justice of the Supreme Court in 2017. Judge Hudson is known for her commitment to justice, fairness, and rehabilitation, particularly in her work at the Red Hook Community Justice Center.
