Shannon Dicely

Shannon Dicely is a mother, advocate, and breast cancer survivor who has resided in Texas Senate District 11 for nearly two decades. She has been involved in her community through school volunteering, neighborhood leadership, and civic engagement, and recently earned a master's degree in political science. Dicely is running for election to the Texas State Senate to represent District 11.
