Biography
Senfronia Thompson is a long-serving member of the Texas House of Representatives, representing District 141, which includes Northeast Houston and Humble. An attorney and former public school teacher, she holds the distinction of being the longest-serving woman and African-American in Texas legislative history. Thompson is currently serving her 21st term in the Texas House.
