Biography
Sean Hornbuckle is a Democratic politician who has served in the West Virginia House of Delegates since 2014, representing the 16th and later the 25th districts. Born and raised in Huntington, West Virginia, he earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees from Marshall University. Hornbuckle, a financial advisor, made history in 2023 by becoming the first Black House Minority Leader in West Virginia.
