Biography
Scott Fleming is the Director of the State Council of Higher Education (SCHEV) since May 2024, with a career spanning education policy, management consulting, and nonprofit leadership. He previously served on the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions, and ran for Johnstown Town Board Supervisor 1 in Wisconsin in 2023.
