Biography
Scott Bowen is a chemical engineer and a former at-large member of the Clear Creek ISD Board of Trustees, where he served from 2019 to 2025. A lifelong resident of Clear Lake, he is running as a Republican for the Texas House of Representatives to represent District 129. During his time on the school board, Bowen advocated for conservative principles, including opposing mask mandates and introducing a ban on critical race theory.
