Biography
State Senator Sara Feigenholtz served in the House of Representatives before joining the Illinois Senate in January of 2020. She has championed legislation on health care access, mental health equity, environmental protection, and housing affordability. An adoptee herself, Feigenholtz established the first committee on Adoption & Child Welfare, leading to reforms for Illinois children.
