Biography

Dungan is the sitting judge of Morgan Superior Court 3, first appointed by Gov. Eric Holcomb in 2017 after nine years as a deputy prosecutor and three years as magistrate of the Morgan County circuit and superior courts, per the governor's office announcement. No campaign website was found as of September 22, 2026.
