Biography
Sandy Ibanez is a fifth-generation Texan and lifelong resident of Fort Bend County, where she is a former Fort Bend ISD teacher. She holds a BBA from the University of Houston and an MBA from Western Governors University. Ibanez is running for the Texas House of Representatives, District 28, focusing on solutions that strengthen families, create opportunity, and ensure Fort Bend County remains a great place to live.
