Biography
Sandra Van Scotter is a Democratic candidate for California's 20th Congressional District. She spent decades as a respiratory therapist, in inpatient hospital care and later in cardiac testing at an outpatient clinic, and now works as a Direct Support Professional serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Kern County, per her campaign website. The site also says she advises the Kern Regional Center.
